Our one to one session’s are designed to meet the highest standards in the field of NLP and solution focused thinking, we provide a safe, relaxing environment where you can talk in openly in confidence, about the issues that are affecting you in an unbiased, supportive and non-judgemental way and give you the feedback you need

The first step will be to arrange a phone call, Email or Text message, so we can begin to start assessing the issues you want help with, and the effects they are having on you, together we can quickly determine your current situation, and start looking at the most effective therapy methods' that suit you best (one size, does not fit all)

I know in most cases you will already be aware of what the problem is, you simply need to know what steps to take next, so you can start to see the best way to successfully reaching your desired goals and outcomes
 
Now, we fully understand that if you suffer with Anxieties or any other mental health conditions, that prevent you from starting a conversation, or attending a meeting, then we can open our dialogue simply by Email, Text or any type of media you prefer, some like to have sessions on skype or only over the phone, the choice is yours
  
Our main goal is to enable you in such to experience the positive effects almost immediately, and then start to build on them, so that you can start to apply the techniques for yourself and learn to stand on your own two feet again, it is my belief that, nobody is broken

Once you can start to see the differences between, what is a thought, a memory, a belief or a feeling, then you can start to change your mind about lots of different things, boosting your Mental Health wellbeing


Costs are £45 per app. 1 hour session

Travel within 5 miles of Bristol, free of charge; outside of that area, a basic traveling cost of £1 per mile applies for NLP & NHR therapy sessions
